RV Matrix Software Technologies: Imbruting Business Processes through AI

Referring to one such case, Ananth Karthik, CIO, RV Matrix states that a top-notch BPM company in the retail unit approached RV Matrix as it was facing complexities to commence new processes and projects with the existing team as it was fully utilized. To improve the potency of the team, RV Matrix came out with a BI supported analytic tool that halved the utilization of resources and enabled the client to add more projects for further enhancing the output.
